PRIVACY

Secrets understands how important your privacy is to you. Your package will be shipped with no outside markings indicating its contents. The return address will refer to the business name of "SLLC, 171 Marion Road, Wareham, MA 02571". Secrets uses an encrypted secure server to protect your transaction. Your order is processed personally by either Tricia or Lisa, owners of Secrets. Any questions or problems can be handled personally with you. We're a phone call away (508)295-2977.

Secrets does not release any customer information whatsoever to any outside marketing firms or mailing list entities. Your purchase and any personal information are kept strictly private. Secrets strongly believes in conducting business discreetly and privately.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Upon checkout, you will see a list of shipping options.. Choose the shipping option for your number of items ordered, and the shipping costs will automatically be calculated into your checkout process. Orders outside the US require additional postage and will be handled on an order-by-order basis.

When ordering gift certificates, shipping and handling is free. Simply choose the gift certificate shipping option ($0.00) upon checkout. Gift certificate orders should be separate from any product orders.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

For in-stock items, your order will be shipped in 1-4 business days. Allow the appropriate number of days for shipping according to your shipment choice at checkout. For out-of-stock items, allow 14-21 days for shipping. During holiday seasons when delivery carriers experience heavy mail-handling periods, we kindly ask you to plan your purchases accordingly and allow sufficient time for your orders to arrive at your door.

RETURN POLICY

We cannot accept returns for any of the following items: panties/thongs, stockings, apparel sets with G-strings or thongs, shoes or clothing with any sign of wear, or any adult toys. Please carefully refer to our size chart before ordering any clothing. All returns are merchandise credit only. Shipping charges are not refundable. All tags must remain attached to the item. We must receive notice of your return within 10 DAYS of its receipt, NO EXCEPTIONS, and no return will be accepted unless a prior return authorization from Secrets has been obtained either in writing, by telephone, or via email. Your return must be received by us within 14 DAYS of receipt of return authorization from Secrets. We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred for returned merchandise.

SALES TAX

Our fellow Massachusetts residents will incur a 5% state sales tax on nonapparel items to be calculated into your purchase during the checkout process.
